May be that the SD card is not compatible with your Samsung SGH-t459 mobile phone or your memory card is damaged or your there is some kind of problem with your mobile. Take the SD memory card out from that mobile and see if you are getting the same error message on the other mobile. If yes, then the memory card is damaged and needs repair.
I had a similar problem when I inserted my 4GB Micro SD card to the computer. Everytime when I try to copy anything a reference error was displayed on the screen. The memory card was damaged and I used a software called Memory Card Recovery that repaired the damaged memory acrd.
