Hello,
i have a problem with external hard drive i knocked a lead out while i was downloading now my computer doesnt recognise it i even tried to check data on dvd player and it doesnt recognise either and i cant retrieve the data i have on it do u ave a solution for the problem

you need to update the firmware for the drive and HDD.
