hello my account is locked & i verified it i did upload my real ID card & i waited for days but still i can't get access to my own account than i get this message Thank you
We'll get in touch with you at the email address you provided after we've reviewed your ID. You will now be logged out of Facebook. But unfortunately the mail i provided i forgot the password so no way that i can get back on that email address so help me out here its getting complicated

So you just need to wait for your id to be reviewed which could take weeks,
