Hello,

I have brought a new SIM and when i signup new fresh account in Whatsapp it gave the mentioned message.. I have tried many phones, different network and different platforms android and IOS but didn't work, the same has been communicated with Whatsapp support and still not resolve.. please help me out!

I was pretty sure whatsapp have a problem, Whatsapp support deleted the account and tried, it immediately worked

How did you get them to delete the account? I've emailed them over 20 times and I just keep getting stock answers!

Hi,

Uninstall WhatsApp completely from all your devices and don't make any attempt during 24 hours. After this time, download WhatsApp on your main device only, then try activating your account.

I’ve tried your way and waited for 36 hours but didn’t work. ;(
