How to get google play serviceClosed

Hello, 
thomething like a month ago I bout the meizu m2 pro phone, and wanted to use googel services like gmail and i couldent restiger, yesterday I updated my flyme (the os, it's android based) version and all of my apps was deleted, in them the un working googel play service, how can i get googel play service?

I thikn you are asking about play.google.com, nbut I am not crtains ery1 seems to lack spellng skilz nowaday!

second: no i dont need their website, whene i get in and trying to dwonload.an app it's asking on wich phone i want it to download, and my this days phone is not on the list
