In order to help resolve your question, please provide additional details for your request (i.e. The type of phone, The version of the app, The date of the last backup, Confirm that you have set up the backup folder, and Include the data that appears, if any.
If your back up folder has not been created or is empty, it will not be possible to back up the data from the previous phone.
