Shoot me already

I have a Apro Q18 Smartwatch that has a password set by a previous owner. I bought it from a friend. I have an option for sos number and that's it. It says 3 trials remaining like it will auto reset if 3 attempts are failed. But it just starts over. There's only a power button no reset pinhole that I can find. How do I reset this password? I can't figure out recovery mode for this thing. And nothing online. Any help would be amazing. Oh I've already tried the default codes.
