PC not starting

Recently my computer used to shutdown while in use yesterday it was not starting up and three was red light at the bottom of the motherboard so I unplugged all cmponents and installed them but now when I am turning the computer on the power led is turning on standby led is Turning on all the components are responding but there is no output or beeps and monitor showing "check signal cable"
After many tries I unplugged all the components and installed them on another motherboard but the same thing is happening
Please help....

Motherboard-Intel DH61WW
Psu-maxpro ps500
Processor-i3 2100
Ram-GeForce 8gb
Gpu- do not have one

Somewhere at the forum I read that we should remove the ram and then power on if the motherboard gives a beep then it's ok for the first time it gave a beep so after a while when I tried the same thing it gave no beep even in the second motherboard no beep was there
Please help
