Pc goes black

Hi
I bought new graphic card and after installing graphic card I am facing two problems:
1. on every start it is saying to reset the date and time of the computer.
2. after setting up date and time my system starts and after windows logo my pc screen goes black.
pls help me in solving the problem

Hello

The issue has nothing to do with your graphic card but with you cmos battery.
