Bluetooth pairing problem

Hello,
please help. i am facing an issue with my laptop dell inspiron 14 N4030, since startin g its bluetooth isn't working properly. means i can see the icon but it doesn't connects to any device. it is showing my bluetooth speaker icon in 'add device' but not pairing. i uninstalled bluetooth driver and again installed it but problem still persists. help me with it.

Focus on these steps-
1 Make sure bluetooth is turned on
2 Determine which pairing process your device employs
3 Turn on discoverable mode
4. Make sure the two devices are in close enough proximity to one another.
5 Power the devices off and back on.
