Unable to start Tally ERP 9

Just updated some updates of WIN10 & my laptop got restarted.
Post that when I logged into my laptop & tried to start Tally - It's window appears for a sec & then disappears.
Please help to start tally

Try to start the program with elevated privalages (run as...).

Give that a go!
