Hello my gmail account hacked and recovery email and phone number is changed what can I do please help.

Contact the provider directly on their support site. google hacked account for (insert provider here). Make certain you land on the providers support page, or you will be getting scammes. NEVER CALL A PHONE NUMBER FOR EMAIL HELP.
