You must cultivate your patience and wait, wait and wait. Among the millions of accounts, there are tens of thousands of people living the same situation as you. When you submitted your documents and appeal six days ago you were the last in the queue among the the tens of thousands. Facebook has to examine every one of them. You must wait your turn and it may take several weeks.

Usually Facebook sends a message explaining the reason to the email address or phone telling you why.
If you don't know what you did wrong, I can't see how you could have appealed Facebook's decision for disabling your account. In such a case, your appeal will certainly be rejected. Just saying "I'm sorry" does not work.

Because it has already been done before with my previous account which i deleted already. I was to submit my ID and after 3 days later, i got it back.

As I said before, now you must wait for Facebook's decision but if you submitted an appeal not knowing what you did wrong I suspect that your appeal will be rejected.
