PC restarts again and again

Hello
I will Buy a new RAM and insert into Ram slot therefore the Problem Get occurred, please Help me
my system is i3 Gigabyte Motherboard 4 GB ADATA DDR3L Ram , it work correctly 2 days but from now it get restart again and again

Are the specifications of the NEW RAM meet the requirements of the MB?
