Webcam

i got a new webcam and i try doing video call with my friend it does work she can hear me but not see me i can see her & hear but she can not see me i have done it with other poeple and it works fine but i think it jusy hers we think it might to do with her sercruity but we done know and dont know if it somthing to do with msn it just show that i dont have webcam but i do
