Where can I download a temporary dvd-r driver

hey..
where can i download a dvd driver!..my problem is, i can't install my sims 2 on my computer coz' it won't read..

DVD drives don't need drivers, OS always has them built in, you could try a emulated drive and use a mini iso though.

Google "Daemon Tools" and to get the mini isos google "Gamecopy world"

you need to upgrade the firmware.
this will solve the problem.

Be very careful updating firmware, using the wrong file will brick it beyond repair
