Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook as requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do.
How long do I need to wait. It's almost over 2 months now. Will I be able to recover my account or not...

I guess you won't recover it.
But why..If I would not recover it then why they are keep showing this message to me -
"Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can."

Since you have not received a response from Facebook, it's probably because the id you submitted was not satisfactory but more likely because, when you created the account, you have not used your real full name. Hence, your account is lost forever.
If I lost my account forever then why they are still showing this -

Why don't they clearly told me that you have lost your account forever or your account is removed.
