Laptops gets hang on switching it first time

Hello,
i have a dell Inspiron .I bought it couples of wks ago .Since then I have been getting problems of such.It doesnot perform well when i swithch it on .When the desktops appears suddenly it gets hang and none of the keys works .Due to thid i have to swithch off my laptop and again i have to switch it on .So i have to switch it on more than once .It is really getting trouble.I have no install much more software.even though it is not performing well .

so plz help me to fix this problem .

hi,
maybe it is just faulty.
get it replaced by contacting the reseller.
i guess it is on warranty, so you can get it repaired for free.
