Please, next time attach your Excel file not an image.
It's better for all of us to help you.
Suppose:
Your table is at D1:E6
Your column A the values to be searched.
Column B the value found as result.
Try to use:
B1 --> Formula -->
=IF(A1="","",IFERROR(VLOOKUP("*" & A1 & "*",$D$1:$E$6,2,FALSE),"-- NOT FOUND --"))
I did a little example for you:

Thank you very much for the warning.
Unfortunately the users just arrived at the forum do not use a few minutes even to read the rules of courtesy and ethics of use of the forum.
In the anxiety to get immediate answers they pose the same questions at the same time in various Excel forums.
So several people spend time trying to help on the same subject.
It is a waste of effort and knowledge received gratuitously that becomes useless.
Often users even come back to say they've solved the issues elsewhere.
Have a great day with lots of health and a very productive week.
