How to set up a WEP router alongside a WPA2 router?

You can take these Steps
1. Enter your router user name and password if prompted and click Ok.
2. Click the Wireless Settings icon in the top toolbar.
3. Click Advanced Security Settings in the left navigation panel.
4. Select WPA2 in the Level 1 section to enable WPA2 network encryption.

where am i supposed to go to to enter the router name and such?
also im not trying to set up a WPA2 network, im trying to set up a WEP network.
