Default username and password

Hello,
I know the default username and password admin but don't know WiFi password. Unable to open 192.168.0.1

If you know the default, then connect into the router utilizing a cable, and get the wifi password from within the router.

So, how then shall we complete this task? You can't gain access with WIFI, or with an Ethernet cable. Take the router, and through it in the trash!
