Digital cam instead of web cam

Hello,

I just want to attach my Digital cam with my computer instead of web cam. IF there any software for that.
if it is possible just advise me how to do it?

yes it is possible to use it as a webcam

you need to download it from manufacturer website

depending on model

post the model and series if you are unable to download it
