Four beeps error in hp dc 5700

Hello,
i have a hp dc 5700, I changed mainboard , powersupply and processor and memory but still the machine gives up four error beeps when switch it on,and the fan doesn't revolving, can you tell me what is the problem?please help me.

Hi!

i have hp dc 5700 small form factor pc, I changed mainboard, powersupply, processor, and memory but still the machine give me four beeps error four five times. can you assist me what could be the main problem?

check vga it may not have been pluged well
