Cpu or mp problem??

Hello,
firstly my pc suddenly stuck...the i press the reset button.here start the problem..
after i turn on my pc ,there is no beep sound,but the led both is on.then i treid to take of the ram and start it again.it shoulb a long beep sound,but in my case there was no sound...
can u help me??what should i do??

hi there,

remove all connections on your mother board

then reconnect them all testing each one with a multimeter

if low voltage then replace the psu
