Removable disks - iPhone - iPod

Hello,
my computer does not recognise any removable disks.i insert storage disks and iPhone and the icons don't show up. how can i fix it?

u cant have the removable disk until u have iTunes v10.0.1
i have the same 2, first i cant see any device on my iphone but 1 device i found and thats my iPhone camera ^_^
