incoming and outgoing serverClosed

Hello,
i recently bought a laptop and my wife bought a vodafone dongle, i want to set up my emails but i get so far then get asked who my incoming &outgoing server ishow do i find this info? ( complete novice as far as computers are concerned) any help would be most appreciated.

You will get it from the email service provider,please gve more information on the email  in use.
