My msn massenger is not working...:(Closed

Hello,
        I dont no wht happened to my msn massenger....it was working for the past 1 month but then it stopped working..when i try to LOG in it says "Signing in to .NET Messenger Service failed because the service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I tried logging in many times but the same message is displayed.PLEASE help me!!!!:(

my msn wont download or anything because  of this family saftey thing , how do i get  rid of it ? or how do i get  on it
