Help with audio

hi my school has give me a laptop but they have blocked the sound and every time i go on to anything realating to sound it says i cant turn anything litarelay i cant click any thing or turn anything up i have no cd or floppy i have a windows xp PLEASE HEP ME SOMEONE!!! :(

The problem could be coming from its sound driver. Please provide the make and model of the laptop so that we get to provide you its compatible sound driver download link.
