My presario v6000 screen is blank

Hello,
i have a presario v6000 and my screen went comepletely blank i was using it fin and then shut it down and then i tried to go back on it and the screen is blank the lights on the keyboard light up though.. can anyone help me???

You probably have a problem with the "backlight" or the "inverter" that powers the backlight. Neither of these can be fixed by the average end-user. You will neet tyo take it to a well qualified repair shop.
