Date wrong after converted in Excel

Hello,
I have data pulled from database to CSV file which can be opened with Excel. The date in the spreadsheet shows as "201003" in text format, and then "4/28/2450" after I change data format to "Date" category. "4/28" might be correct, and "2450" definitely is wrong. But I don't have access into the database to see the actual year. Can anyone help me fix it?

Just a guess. 201003 is actually 20 October 2003
One need more data to confirm

select the column
Go to Data and choose Text to column
Choose delimited and click next
clear all check box and click next
click on date and choose DMY and click on finish
