HP laptop wont come out of hibernate Closed

Hello, I have a hp laptop it will go into sleep mode or hibernate then it will not come out of that unless I manually power down the machine I have tried pushing all the buttons and escape and clicking the mouse pad and those buttons as well to no avail please help 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.3

i found the trick that is very simple remove your battery for 30 secs. then restart computer
