Problem with my gfive mobile

Hello,
im having problem with my gfive mobile 'i m getting "server not connected".plz send me some instructions i also activated pocket internet scheme. i added the configuration sent by them.but its not working.plz send the answer to my mobile

Please contact the specific network provider in order to have the right settings and hence obtain its activation guidelines.
