Dead Flashdrive?Closed

Question

I went to open my flashdrive on a computer I had used it on just hours before and it suddenly wouldn't allow me to open it and it was asking me to format it. I don't want to delete the data, and I've tried it on another computer with the same results...Is there anyway to fix it? Do I have to format my data?

Hi Kitti ,

You  definitely need to format it as while you tried on another system you got same issue,after trying to format the device if you are unable then its sad to say it damaged and cannot even recover data from it.
