Pes 2009 error..

Hello,

This is VinTrojan
I have Pes 2009 installed on my system.
The configuration of my system is:Pentium Dual-Core E5300 2.6 Ghz, 1 Gb ram,Windows XP.
Whenever I run the Pes 2009, It shows an error related to "dx3d 9.0 and says that reinstalling the pes wil solve the problem" but nothing happens on reinstalling the game again.
Please help me to play the game on my PC.
Also suggest if I need to Upgrade the system related to RAM.
