Cant find the place to click on for connectin

Hello,
please ould sombody help me i had someone wipe my kaptop and now i cant find to click on so i can connect to my router

hi,
if you cannot find the icon on your desktop, you may go to All Programs and look for it there.
you may then create a shortcut icon on the desktop.

thank you for your help but i think the laptop has been wiped in a way that it no longer possible now to connect through wireless
