Hello,

Will microsoft consider my copy of Office pirated if have only one working copy of office at a time?

Scenario:
I am planning to upgrade my system. I am planning to uninstall office 2010 on my current system and installing on the future system. (Meaning only one working copy of office at a time.) Will microsoft consider this as piracy? Please advice.

Hi,

Definitely it will be considered as a copy/pirated version when detected during updates its advisable to purchase a license key for each system.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Microsoft provides 3 licenses at a time... Is there any rule that all the three licenses should be used within a particular date from the date of purchase?
