I have kingstone DTI/4GB Flash Drive

Hello,
i have kingstone DTI/4GB Flash Drive its password protected and can not be formatted i want to format and use it i can not copy data into that flash drive it returns the error the Disk is write protected or disk media is write protected i used Repair_v2.9.1.1 it also dont detects the drive returns the error that USB Flash Disk Not Found! i dont know how to use PTEdit and what to do anyone can help me to remove the password of my flash drive
