Hello Sir,

I formatted my desktop (ACER Aspire e560). Everything works fine except for the Ethernet Controller and PCI Modem. Windows told me to update the driver but obviously I can't because there is no connection.

I tried to download the LAN Driver (MARVELL DRIVER) and the Modem Driver (PRONETS and ACERE). But it seems that I'm a noob at installing the MARVELL DRIVER.

Sir my question is Marvell really the ethernet driver for aspire and how do I install it? Sorry for my noobness.

Best Regards,
JM De Castro

Download the marvell driver, extract to a folder located in C drive

Go to device manager>>ethernet controller

Right click on it>>properties>>update the driver

Click on ''Browse my computer for software ''

Point the location to folder where you have extracted the files.

That should solve the ethernet issue

Install the chipset and sound driver, that should solve the PCI issue
