I have a hard drive partitioned as C and D drive. My computer crashed one day and wouldn't boot up. I stuck in a different hard drive and reinstalled windows and used a usb adapter to connect my old hard drive. D drive showed up fine with files still readable in it. The old C drive did show up as connected in My Computer, but there was nothing in it. It says there is 0 MB available from 0 MB on the drive. When it first connected, it asked to scan and recover from errors and I did, but still not able to see what's on the partition. Is there a way to retrieve my old files?
