Micro SD works in MP3 but unreadable in PC

Hello,
I have a micro SD card that I transfered files to with my PC (Windows 7). The card works fine in my MP3 player. However, when I plug it back into my PC, it is unreadable. My computer asks if I want to format it. I am still able to get it to work in my MP3 without an issue. How can I get my PC to read the card?

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you added a password to your memory card ?
