You gave very little details, but the most common cause is overheating. Either your CPU or GPU is overheating. If you're PC was never cleaned before (inside), take the side down, and use compressed air (can be bought in bottles), and changing the thermal compound on your CPU and Video card. If you don't know how to do it. Take it to a PC repair place, and they do it for you.
