Hello,
I have a book about it "Transforming your RAW data into works of art" by Mikkel Aaland. It will really be of great help to you.
The solution is simply to Select "Save Images..." which is normally at the lower left of the Camera Raw dialog box. When the Save File dialog will appear, you will easily be able to choose the format being from TIFF, PSD, JPEG or DNG. Choose TIFF.
