Hi,
No doubt that you have also install some viruses and spywares on your phone. To remove the virus from my phone, my friend once tried to plug it in the computer again and run a scan but for this the phone should be recognized by the computer. If the virus has not disabled this option you might be able to connect to the computer on your phone.
What I would suggest you is to format the phone by the following procedures (it's very simple) press *#7370#

i have tried the *#7370 command but it doesnt work because once u hit the power button the message comes up and nothing else works except switching it off no keys work:(
i even tried connecting to my computer but is doesnt come up
