4 conditional formats

I am attempting to add 4 conditional formats;
First in red the 'cancel' - already done
Secondly all things that complete on today's date in blue - done
Thirdly all things that begin tomorrow in yellow
Lastly all things that start today yet expire in the future in yellow which undoubtedly should combine with the third entry?
Hopefully I've explained myself as clear as mud, ty in advance.
