Utility give the GMT time zone,and my corresponding country time

Hi,

Firstly: I think 12:00 GMT (midday UK time) or 12:00 (noon) is corresponding to (1pm) BST, and to 4:00(noon)/4:00PM

I only know that

Monday, 02 November
09 : 43 : 48 PM
(GMT 00:00)

The corresponding time in country of Yemen, Middle East is:

Tuesday, 03 November
12 : 43 : 48 AM
(GMT 03:00)




Secondly: Can I add a Windows 7 gadget into my desktop which can give me the GMT time zone, and BST (British Summer Time), and the local corresponding time in country of Yemen, Middle East.
Or can I download and install an utility to do that?

Thanks a lot,
But, this needs me to be connected to an internet connection. I need an offline standalone utility or program to give me more information, such as time, date, capital city, flag, language.
