System problem

Hello,
i have got a problem with my pc . any one can help
when i put xp 2 bootable cd in the cdrom to format the system,.After Press any key to boot from cd...
then i enterd
Setup is inspesting your system configuration . now the problem is display is Off while the cpu is running.

i have checked the RAM by replacing with other good working RAM.
Stiil i have the same problem.

Did you try changing the cd. using another windows Xp cd
