Hello,
I would like to know how to do the following on excel

Same sheet with the amount of calls taken in number form goes into a cell then the formualted box that has a percentage formulae in it has a colour in it therefore if the box needs 3 to make it completely green bu only having 2 in the box would only have a partial amount green showing in the box

Kind regards

Trevor

You are referring to "CONDITIONAL FORMATTING". On your top ribbon, press the conditional formatting button and build the formula!

I have a question regarding this formula.
It is working when the text Yes is present but if the cell then contains the word No it is remaining red.
Am i missing something in my formula?

Bridge, Good afternoon.

Using the formula of the previous example: $F$5 = "YES", this should not happen.

Have you checked if there is only this conditional formatting rule in this cell?

Try using this conditional formatting in another cell and verify if the same thing happens.

Thank you Maazaropi. I was going to say you probably formatted the cell red also!
