Audio problem

Hello,
This is sriram from kakinada. I had bought sony vaio laptop on 24th june 2014. It works for one year correctly, after that speakers are rouring when i play the movie (or) music. And another question In this can I essemble a graphic card.If essemble which company and model number tell me because now I am learning Game Designing course for that they told me to buy a graphic card for future reference. Please reply to my question as early as possible.
my sony laptop was configured with 500GB HDD, 2 GB RAM, inbuilt 8 Os had given to me after using for 1 and half year problems in that os missing icons and slow down the system like major issues are occured. Then I update for windows 10.
