hibernate wont turn off my PCClosed

Hello, 
I see this worked for a laptop but I have a PC tried many things, cant get hibernate to turn off
help!


Configuration: Windows / Chrome 46.0.2486.0

Hibernate doesn't turn it off.  In order to hibernate, your hardware has to allow it.  It is possible your hardware can't support it!  It is very common!
