PNY USB need to format it to FAT 32

I have tried numerous times to right click and format this stick but can't. Any help offered as simple as possible is appreciated.

Hi CBRB,

I presume you are trying to format the drive in Disk Management, right? Do you get an error message? Please run Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following commands:
Diskaprt
List disk
Select disk n (n must be the drive letter)
Clean
Format fs=FAT32 quick label=PNY
Exit

Open Disk Management and check if the drive is listed there with the new file format. You may need to assign a drive letter to it by right clicking the drive.
